The second day of the 2013 YKAA Summer camp ended enjoyably. It started with reciting Shin Chae-ho's quote together, "People who forget the history of their country has no future."

Teacher DaeJanggeum gave a lecture about presentation tips. She emphasized the attitude, posture, eye contact, and voice tone when presenting or acting.

Teacher Hunmin lectured about today’s theme, “World-class printing country, Goryeo.” She started by reviewing Monday's lecture and then explained how Goryeo reunited the Korean peninsula. Goryeo was known to the world as 'Corea' through international trade with other countries.

She emphasized the cultural achievements during Goryeo Dynasty.

They owned world-leading printing technology that made it possible to produce the Tripitaka Koreana and Jikji. Goryeo was known for their beautiful blue-green celadon. Goryeo also excelled at shipbuilding. The people of Goryeo built large and strong ships and traded with other countries.

The camp leaders prepared and presented on different topics of Goryeo. After the lecture, all campers divided into four groups (One direction, Jikji, Seonbi and Obok) and did classroom activities.

Today's snack was a symbol of international trade in the Goryeo Dynasty, Pan Fried Mandu (Pot Stickers) and watermelon.

After the snack they had another class activity. Afterward, all teams gave presentations on cultural heritage and international trade. The second day ended with everyone dancing and singing "Dokdo is Korean land".
