If you have registered or will register for the ECHO-Korea event, the following terms and conditions are applicable:
- Your personal information will be securely collected and handled. Any of your personal information collected for ECHO-Korea will not be distributed outside ECHO-Korea.
- You give permission to ECHO-Korea to use or publish documents, photos or videos that will be taken in ECHO-Korea events.
- YOU(REGISTRANT) WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including your traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: ECHO-Korea, and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers.
- Only a registered person can participate in the ECHO-Korea event.
- An early bird discount may be available to you if you register early.
- You may cancel your registration by two weeks earlier than the event start date. The full amount of the registration fee is refundable if you cancel by two weeks earlier than the event start date. 80% of the registration fee is refundable if you cancel by one week earlier than the event start date. 50% of the registration fee is refundable if you cancel within one week before the event date. From the event date, no refund is available for a cancellation.
- A refund check issued by ECHO-Korea will be mailed to you via First Class US Mail. (Please expect 4 weeks from the cancellation date.)
- Your registration is not transferable to another person.
ECHO-Korea 행사 등록 시에는 다음 사항을 유념해 주십시오.
- ECHO-Korea에서는 안전하게 개인 정보를 수집하고 보관합니다.
- ECHO-Korea 업무을 위해 수집한 개인 정보는 어떤 목적으로든 외부에 공개하지 않습니다.
- ECHO-Korea 행사에서 이용된 자료 혹은 촬영된 사진이나 비디오 영상물에 대한 웹 게재 권리를 ECHO-Korea에 위임하는 것에 동의합니다.
- 예기치 않게 발생할 수 있는 실수나 사고에 의한 인명 피해 혹은 재물 파손이나 도난 사고에 대해 행사 등록 피해자가 ECHO-Korea 관련자에게 법적이나 재정적으로 책임을 묻지 않을 것을 약속합니다.
- ECHO-Korea 행사에는 등록된 사람만 참가할 수 있습니다.
- 정해진 기간 안에 일찍 행사 등록비를 납부하면 할인 혜택이 있습니다.
- ECHO-Korea 행사 등록을 취소하는 경우에 등록비는 캠프 시작 2주일 전까지 취소하면 전액 환불 받으며, 행사 1주일 전까지 취소하면 80%를 환불 받게 되며, 그 후 행사 전날까지 취소하면 50% 환불해드립니다. 행사 당일부터는 취소할 수 없으며 등록비 환불은 없습니다.
- 등록비 환불은 ECHO-Korea 수표로 발행하며 일반 우편으로 등록된 주소로 우송됩니다. (처리 기간은 최대 4주입니다.)
- 납부된 등록비는 다른 사람을 위해 사용될 수 없습니다.
